Refund/Exchange/Cancellation or Applicable Warranty Policies
We provide 30 days from purchase to return the Anova. After 30 days, we cannot issue a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please include your order number and Full name order was placed with.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted if applicable, such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email if the return has been accepted or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund, and your funds will be applied automatically to your original payment method within 72 hours of the return notification.
